Management Systems

IQS accredits certification bodies to ISO/IEC Standard 17021 which specifies requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems. This accreditation demonstrates to the marketplace, stakeholders and regulators that the bodies have met the IQS accreditation requirements and are periodically monitored for compliance.

Management System certification is provided by certification Bodies (CBs) to organizations whose management system meets the requirements of the ISO series of standards. Its objective is to provide a set of requirements that are effectively implemented to provide confidence that goods and services supplied by the organization consistently meet customer needs and expectations and comply with applicable regulations.

Inspection Bodies

IQS provides ISO/IEC 17020 accreditation to organisations performing various types of inspections, surveys and risk assessments: Engineering Inspection (Pressure Systems, lifting equipment/Hoists, electrical installations, power presses, local exhaust ventilation, cargo / pre-shipment, manufacture of boilers/pressure vessels, welding inspections), Building and Construction Products, Food Inspection, etc.

Personnel certification Bodies

IQS offers an internationally recognized accreditation program for the certification of persons. The scheme for the CAB has been developed as per the requirements of ISO/IEC 17024 standard to establish an internationally accepted benchmark for organizations assessing and evaluating the competence of personnel.

Accreditation for laboratories

IQS Accreditation scheme for Calibration and Testing laboratories is strictly built as per ISO 17025, which specifies requirements for the competence to carry out tests and/or calibrations, including sampling. It covers testing and calibration performed using standard methods, non-standard methods, and laboratory-developed.
